高效液相色谱法测定叶下珠没食子酸含量的研究

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法对10批不同产地的叶下珠没食子酸的含量进行研究,为其质量控制提供依据。采用C_(18)色谱柱,甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(12:88)为流动相,没食子酸为对照品,在273 nm处测定其含量。回收率(n=6)为99%,精密度(n=6)RSD为1.0%,峰面积在26 h内无明显变化,没食子酸在0-40μg/mL范围内线性良好(r>0.9999)。该研究方法可作为叶下珠的含量测定方法。The content determination of gallic acid in PhyllanthiUrinariae from 10 batches of different places by HPLCwas studied,and scientificinformationfor itsqualitycontrolwas provided.Using the C_(18) column,methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(12:88)as mobile phase and gallic acid as reference substance,the content was measured at 273 nm.The recovery rate(n=6)was 99%,the precision(n=6)RSD was 1.0%,and the peak area of gallic acid had not changed within 26 h.Gallic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0-40μg/mL(r>0.9999).This method can be used as the content determination method of PhyllanthiUrinariae.
