摘　　要：国家正逐步推进《中国制造2025》,传统的中药制药行业面临着机遇与挑战。高等教育负责为我国中药制药行业培养和输送专业人才,是中药制药行业结构调整、转型升级的生力军和智囊团。本文总结了黑龙江省高等学校制药工程专业培养目标及专业特色,综合分析了哈尔滨商业大学制药工程专业人才培养目标与区域经济发展的匹配度,从师资建设、课程体系等方面探讨了中药特色制药工程专业建设的思路与理念。With the gradual promotion of the“Made in China 2025”plan,traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry is facing opportunities and challenges.Higher education is responsible for cultivating and providing professional talents for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)manufacture,which is the fresh force and think-tank for the structural adjustment,transformation and upgrading of TCM pharmaceutical industry.The training objectives and specialized characteristics of Pharmaceutical Engineering specialty in Heilongjiang province were summarized.The matching degree between the training goal of Pharmaceutical Engineering major in Harbin University of Commerce and the regional economic development was analyzed comprehensively.The thoughts and ideas for the construction of TCM characteristic Pharmaceutical Engineering were discussed from the aspects of teacher construction and curriculum system.
