新时代军校有机化学教学的探索实践

摘　　要：在新时代军事教育环境下,军队院校课程教学应该将“德育教育”和“综合能力培养”融入专业知识的教学实践中,把“思想引领与价值观塑造”和“专业知识与能力培养”融入专业课程教学中,将教学与“育才和育能”有机地融合,把学员培养成为德才兼备的高素质、专业化新型军事人才。本文从“思政教育”、“辩证法”和“综合能力”三个方面,总结了开展有机化学课程教学的具体实施办法,为军校教学改革提供借鉴。In the new era of military education environment,the army colleges and universities teaching should be“moral education”and“comprehensive ability training”into professional knowledge of teaching practice,the“leading thought and values to shape”and“professional knowledge and ability training”into professional knowledge teaching.The students will be trained into a new type of high quality and professional military personnel with both moral and professional abilities by organically integrating teaching with“cultivation of talents and abilities”.The concrete implementation methods of Organic Chemistry course teaching were summarizedfrom three aspects of ideological and political education,dialectics and comprehensive ability to provide reference for the teaching reform of military academies.
