摘 要:儒学是关联身心家国的体系性思想学说,在道德修养和政治实践学说之外,还有研究保持身心健康、延长寿命的丰富养生理论。朱子通过整合儒、道两家的养生资源,发展出一套完整的具有理学特色的以静坐为主的养生理论。其静坐养生学以"顺理""阴阳调和"为理论基础,以观想、调息为主要内容。以往学界主要从成德工夫论角度来讨论朱子的静坐理论,认为静坐在朱子工夫论系统中只有辅助性地位,并无独立价值。将静坐放入养生学脉络中去考察,既可期复全朱子思想全貌,又可据此检讨单向度地从严格的道德主义审视朱子哲学的得失。Confucianism is a system of thoughts and theories related to the body,mind,family and state.Besides the theory of moral cultivation and political practice,there are also rich theories of regimen to maintain physical and mental health and prolong life.By integrating the health resources of Confucianism and Taoism,Zhu Zi developed a complete set of health keeping theory with the characteristics of Neo-Confucianism.The regimen of sitting still as a form of therapy is based on the theory of"following the principle"and"harmonizing Yin and Yang",with the main content of thinking and regulating breath.In the past,the academic circle mainly discussed Zhu Zi’s meditation theory from the perspective of Gongfu theory,and believed that meditation had only an auxiliary position in Zhu Zi’s Gongfu theory system,and had no independent value.By putting meditation into the context of health preservation,we can not only recover the whole picture of Zhu Zi’s thought,but also review the gains and losses of Zhu Zi’s philosophy from strict moralism in one direction.
