摘 要:本试验旨在研究溶血卵磷脂(LPL)对肉鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用480只22日龄体重相近的健康爱拔益加肉鸡,随机分为4个组,每组10个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,其余3组在基础饲粮中分别添加200(LPL200组)、300(LPL300组)和400(LPL400组)mg/kg LPL。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,LPL200组和LPL300组肉鸡42日龄平均体重和22~42日龄平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,LPL300组肉鸡35日龄血清总胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)LPL300组肉鸡28、35和42日龄回肠食糜中脂肪酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05),42日龄回肠食糜中淀粉酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,LPL200组和LPL300组肉鸡35日龄胸肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),LPL添加组肉鸡28和35日龄肝脏GSH-Px活性显著提高(P<0.05);LPL300组肉鸡28、35日龄肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加LPL可显著降低肉鸡血清总胆固醇含量,增强机体抗氧化能力,提高肠道消化酶活性,从而降低料重比,改善肉鸡生长性能;在饲粮表观代谢能为13.19 MJ/kg时,肉鸡饲粮LPL适宜添加水平为300 mg/kg。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lysophosphatidylcholine(LPL)on growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and antioxidant ability of broilers.A total of 480 health Arbor Acres broilers of 22-day-old were randomly assigned into 4 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the other three groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 200(LPL200 group),300(LPL300 group)and 400 mg/kg LPL(LPL400 group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average weight of broilers at 42 days of age and the average daily gain of broilers from 22 to 42 days of age in LPL200 group and LPL300 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the total cholesterol content in serum of broilers at 35 days of age in LPL300 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)The lipase activity of ileum chyme of broilers at 28,35 and 42 days of age in LPL300 group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05),and the amylase activity in ileum chyme of broilers at 42 days of age in LPL300 group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in pectorales of broilers at 35 days of age in LPL200 group and LPL300 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the GSH-Px activity in liver of broilers at 28 and 35 days of age in LPL supplemental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase activity in liver of broilers at 28 and 35 days of age in LPL300 group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).In summary,dietary LPL can significantly decrease the total cholesterol content in serum,enhance the antioxidant ability,and increase the intestinal digestive enzyme activity,therefore decrease the feed to gain
