摘　　要：目前国内有轨电车项目规划、建设处于快速发展阶段,中国内地共有18个城市的33条有轨电车已经投入运营,运营总里程达464.6km。有轨电车作为一个系统复杂、技术密集的行业,需要不断引进和培训驾驶员。然而,我国有轨电车驾驶员大多以批量化技能职业培养为主,在有轨电车行业知识结构、理论素养和综合技能等方面存在不足,驾驶员技能与行业新技术脱节。本文分析了目前有轨电车驾驶员培训现状及不足,深入剖析了现阶段驾驶员培训工作中存在的主要问题,并结合实际工作经验,对提升教师水平、提高培训效果、创新培训形式、打造特色课程等提出建议。At present,the planning and construction of domestic tram projects are in a rapid development stage.A total of 33 trams in 18 cities in China's Mainland have been put into operation,with a total operating mileage of 464.6km.As a complex and technology-intensive industry,trams need to continuously introduce and train drivers.However,most of the tram drivers in my country are based on mass-based skills training,and there are insufficient knowledge structures,theoretical literacy and comprehensive skills in the tram industry,and driver skills are out of touch with new industry technologies.This paper analyzes the current status and shortcomings of tram driver training,deeply analyzes the main problems existing in current driver training,and combines actual work experience to improve the level of teachers,improve training effects,innovate training forms,and create characteristics.Suggestions for courses,etc.
