高频加压超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析高频加压超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法研究对2019年5月—2020年9月期间的40例急性阑尾炎患者进行分析,采取不同方式检查诊断,并分为对照组和观察组,分别采取常规超声和高频加压超声诊断,对比两组的准确率,分析超声下的影像学表现。结果观察组中单纯性阑尾炎诊出率65.0%(26例),化脓性阑尾炎诊出率17.5%(7例),坏疽性阑尾炎诊出率10.0%(4例),阑尾周围脓肿诊出率为7.5%(3例),诊断准确率是95.0%(38例),高于对照组的80.0%(32例),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05);急性阑尾炎超声影像学可见阑尾肿大、管壁增厚等表现。结论高频加压超声诊断急性阑尾炎准确率较高,能够比较清晰地观察到阑尾形态、大小等,可用于鉴别诊断不同类型的急性阑尾炎疾病,为手术方案的制定提供参考,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-frequency compression ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods The study analyzed 40 patients with acute appendicitis from May 2019 to September 2020.They were diagnosed by different methods and divided into control group and observation group.They were diagnosed by conventional ultrasound and high-frequency compression ultrasound respectively.The accuracy of the two groups was analyzed by imaging performance under ultrasound.Results In the observation group,the diagnosis rate of simple appendicitis was 65.0%(26 cases),the diagnosis rate of purulent appendicitis was 17.5%(7 cases),the diagnosis rate of gangrenous appendicitis was 10.0%(4 cases),and the diagnosis rate of appendix abscess was 7.5%(3 cases),the diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.0%(38 cases),which was higher than 80.0%(32 cases)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05);ultrasound imaging of acute appendicitis can be seen that the appendix swelling and the tube wall thickening.Conclusion High-frequency compression ultrasound has a high accuracy in diagnosing acute appendicitis.It can clearly observe the shape and size of the appendix.It can be used to differentiate and diagnose different types of acute appendicitis.It can provide a reference for the formulation of surgical plans and has high application value.
