摘　　要：以延安精神为代表的红色文化精神内涵丰富,包含坚定正确的政治方向和理想信念、实事求是精神、为民服务意识和艰苦奋斗开拓创新精神等,这对当前高校开展思想政治工作和解决师生中诸多思想认识问题仍具有现实价值。可以通过课堂教学、党团日活动、校园文化建设、实践教学和新型网络平台等途径和方式,将红色文化精神创新融入到高校思想政治工作中。The Red Culture spirit represented by Yan'an Spirit is rich in connotation,including firm and correct political direction and ideals and beliefs,the spirit of seeking truth from facts,the sense of serving the people and the spirit of hard work and pioneering innovation and so on.which is still of practical value for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political work and solve many ideological problems among teachers and students.We can use classroom teaching,party activities,campus culture construction,practical teaching and new network platform in order to integrate the Red Culture spirit into the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.
