摘　　要：以江西省农业科学院为例,分析了人才流失的原因,并提出了对策,具体包括把好引才质量、改善科研环境、注重人才激励、加强自身培养等方面内容,以期为科研事业发展提供参考。Taking Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper analyzed the reasons of talent loss and put forward countermeasures,including grasping the quality of introduced talent,improving the scientific research environ-ment,focusing on talent incentives,and strengthening self-cultivation,in order to provide scientific reference for the develop-ment of scientific research.
