摘 要:为解决三七收获过程中挖掘阻力过大问题,需深入研究挖掘铲三向阻力变化规律。采用MohrCoulomb屈服准则构建土壤有限元模型,建立挖掘铲力学模型,设计挖掘铲参数。运用LS-DYNA获取挖掘铲作用过程中三向阻力与土壤破碎形态开展土槽试验,以此验证仿真结果。结果表明,挖掘铲作业过程中X向阻力最大;Y向阻力与挖掘距离正相关;Z向阻力最小。仿真数据与试验数据规律一致,相对误差8.91%,仿真模型准确。In order to solve the problem of excessive excavation resistance in the harvest process of Panax notoginseng,it is necessary to study the variation law of three-direction excavation resistance.Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion was used to construct the soil finite element model,establish the mechanical model of excavating shovel,and designed the parameters of excavating shovel.LS-DYNA solver was used to simulate the excavating shovel operation process to obtain the three-way resistance,observed the soil fragmentation,and carried out soil tank test to verify the simulation results.The results showed that the resistance in X direction was the largest in the process of excavating and shoveling.Y direction resistance was positively correlated with excavation distance.Z direction had the least resistance.The simulation data were consistent with the experimental data,and the relative error was 8.91%.The simulation model was accurate.
