康艾辅助高频热疗对晚期肝癌合并腹腔积液患者细胞免疫、生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的对比观察康艾注射液辅助高频热疗对晚期肝癌合并腹腔积液患者细胞免疫、生存质量的影响。方法选择2019年8月~2020年8月收治的晚期肝癌合并腹腔积液患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。所有患者在入院后均给予基础的保肝及抗感染治疗等,对照组给予康艾注射液;观察组给予康艾注射液联合高频热疗。观察指标:①临床疗效,如肝功能,肿瘤复发情况;②细胞免疫功能;③患者生活质量改善情况;④不良反应发生情况。结果①治疗后,观察组肝功能指标数值明显降低,与对照组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);另外观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗之后,观察组的NK、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等指标出现明显升高,CD8^(+)指标下降,且与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);③治疗后观察组患者的生存质量改善总有效率与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);④观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为7.5%和10.0%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康艾注射液辅助高频热疗对晚期肝癌合并腹腔积液患者有较好的治疗效果,提高患者机体免疫功能,改善患者生存质量,缓解不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Kang’ai injection combined with high frequency hyperthermia on cellular immunity and quality of life in patients with advanced liver cancer complicated with ascites.Methods 80 patients with advanced liver cancer complicated with ascites in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.All patients were given basic liver protection and anti infection treatment after admission.The control group was given Kang’ai injection;the observation group was given Kang’ai injection combined with high frequency hyperthermia.Observation index:①clinical efficacy;②cellular immune function;③improvement of patients'quality of life;④occurrence of adverse reactions.Results①After treatment,the liver function index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);in addition,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);②after treatment,the NK,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and other indicators of the observation group were significantly increased,and the CD8^(+)index was decreased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);③After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);④The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 7.5%and 10.0%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kang’ai injection combined with high frequency hyperthermia has a good therapeutic effect on patients with advanced liver cancer complicated with ascites,which can improve the immune function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and alleviate the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has good clinical application value.
