摘 要:炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease)是一种发病率持续上升的慢性自身免疫性疾病,它可以累及全消化道,它的疾病表现形式多种多样(如腹痛、腹泻、梗阻等)。炎症性肠病的发病机制尚未完全清楚,所以对于它的治疗暂未有突破性的进展。但可以明确的是肠道免疫在IBD的发病过程发挥着必不可少的作用,近年来诸多研究表明多种基质细胞能与人体的免疫细胞相互影响,从而促进或者抑制IBD的炎症发展。本文就基质细胞在IBD的肠道免疫中的作用进行综述。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is an autochronic immune disease with a rising incidence.It can involve the whole digestive tract and has a variety of manifestations(such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,obstruction,etc.).The pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease is not fully understood,so there is no breakthrough in its treatment.However,it is clear that intestinal immunity plays an indispensable role in the pathogenesis of IBD.In recent years,many studies have shown that a variety of stromal cells can interact with human immune cells,so as to promote or inhibit the inflammatory development of IBD.This article reviews the role of stromal cells in intestinal immunity of IBD.
