摘  要:普通高校继续教育现代化发展是新时期下我国继续教育发展的重大使命和中长期目标,是2035年实现我国教育现代化的必然要求。普通高校继续教育实现高质量、可持续发展,需正视转型发展中存在的基础、核心、目标三大价值诉求,即明晰发展定位,对接市场需求;提高教育质量,拓宽教育模式;加快转型发展,助推社会进步。同时,为了构建与教育现代化进程相适应的普通高校继续教育,需着力破除信息化程度较低、趋同化现象严重、监管体制不完善、办学力量薄弱等问题。为此,一是要响应“互联网+”,推动高校继续教育现代化;二是要根植地方特色,促进高校继续教育多元共生;三是要完善高校继续教育监管体制,践行内涵式发展;四是要统筹多方力量,形成教育合力,以期促进我国普通高校继续教育蓬勃发展。The modernization of continuing education in ordinary universities is the major mission and mid and longterm goal of our country’s continuing education development in the new era.Also it’s an inevitable requirement for our country’s educational modernization in 2035.To achieve highquality and sustainable development of continuing education in ordinary universities,it is necessary to face up to the three major value appeals of the foundation,core,and goals in the transformation and development,that is,to clarify the development positioning,match the market demand;improve the quality of education,broaden the education model;accelerate the transformation and development,promote social progress.At the same time,in order to build continuing education in ordinary universities that is compatible with the process of educational modernization,efforts must be made to eliminate the problems of low informatization,serious convergence,imperfect supervision system,and weak school-running power.To this end,the first step is to respond to the“Internet+”and promote the modernization of continuing education in universities;the second step is to root in local characteristics and promote the diversified symbiosis of continuing education in universities;the third step is to improve the supervisory system of continuing education in universities and practice connotative development;It is to coordinate multiple forces and build a joint force in education,in order to promote the vigorous development of continuing education in ordinary universities in our country.
