摘  要:目的建立气相色谱法测定十六醇中十四醇、十五醇、十七醇、十八醇含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent DB-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),柱温采用程序升温法;进样口温度270℃,分流比30:1;氢火焰离子化检测器温度330℃;流速1.5 ml/min。结果十四醇、十五醇、十六醇、十七醇、十八醇浓度分别在9.955~397.880μg/ml,9.624~385.016μg/ml,0.008~80.292 mg/ml,15.747~393.354μg/ml,15.969~399.526μg/ml范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r值均大于0.999,平均回收率在84.3%~100.9%之间。该方法能快速、有效地检测十六醇中十四醇、十五醇、十七醇、十八醇的含量,范围为0.012%~0.252%。结论该方法可用于十六醇的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetradecanol,pentadecyl alcohol,heptadecanol and stearyl alcohol in cetyl alcohol.Methods A GC method was adopted on an Agilent DB-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),and the column temperature was was raised by program.The inlet temperature was 270℃,and the split ratiowas 30:1.The FID detector temperature was 330℃.Nitrogen with flow rate of 1.5 ml/min was used as carrying gas and the injection volume was 1μl.Results Tetradecanol,pentadecyl alcohol,cetyl alcohol,heptadecanol and stearyl alcohol showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 9.955-397.880μg/ml,9.624-385.016μg/ml,0.008-80.292 mg/ml,15.747-393.354μg/ml and 15.969-399.526μg/ml,respectively,with the correlation coefficients above 0.999.The average recoveries were 84.3%-100.9%.The determination results of the related substances showed that the amounts of tetradecanol,pentadecyl alcohol,heptadecanol and stearyl alcohol in three samples were in the range of 0.012%-0.252%.Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of related substances in cetyl alcohol.
