“一带一路”背景下广东省对外贸易与物流业协调发展研究

摘　　要：为探究“一带一路”背景下广东省外贸业与物流业的协调发展水平,首先构建对外贸易与物流业的评价指标体系,然后利用耦合协调度模型对2000—2018年广东省两产业的协调发展程度进行实证分析。结果显示:除2016—2018年外,2000—2015年广东省外贸业相比物流业发展更加有序,且两产业已达到一定程度的耦合效果,但目前的协调发展水平较低仅为勉强协调阶段。应借“一带一路”倡议加强与周边国家和地区的贸易往来,完善外贸物流体系建设,推进产业结构优化以加快转型升级等,以期促进广东省对外贸易与物流业的协调发展并有效助推“一带一路”倡议的顺利实施。In order to explore the coordinated development level of Guangdong's foreign trade and logistics industry under the background of“One Belt One Road”,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the coordination of Guangdong's two industries from 2000 to 2018 based on the construction of evaluation index system of foreign trade and logistics industry.The results show that except the years between 2016 and 2018,the development of Guangdong's foreign trade from 2000 to 2015 is more orderly than that of the logistics industry and the two industries have reached a certain level of coupling.However,the current level of coordinated development is relatively low and only barely coordinated.For this reason,it is proposed to take the chance of“One Belt One Road”to strengthen trade exchanges with neighboring countries and regions,improve the construction of foreign trade logistics system,and promote the optimization of industrial structure to speed up the transformation and upgrading,so as to promote the coordinated development level of Guangdong's foreign trade and logistics industry and effectively promote the smooth implementation of the development of“One Belt One Road”.
