摘 要:高等院校内涵式教学质量评价体系以教育内涵式发展理念为切入点,融合传统教师教学评价指标与新内涵式发展指标,涵盖契合度、支撑度、创新度和培养度等内容。通过KANO模型进行问卷调查分析,结果表明高等院校教师教学质量评价指标构建基本满足大学生的需求期待,以必备型、期望型以及魅力型指标为主。教学要求合理、互动交流适度、办学定位与课程目标契合、大学生应用能力的培养等指标是必备型需求。教学目标、知识准确度、课程内容创新程度、科研经验引入、多媒体应用和课程内容对教学目标支撑度、课程内容创新度和考核方式创新度以及大学生创新能力的培养度等指标呈现期望型结果。教学方法运用、办学定位与专业建设契合度、专业建设与课程目标契合度、课程内容对科学研究的支撑度和课程方式创新度以及大学生科研水平的培养度、大学生思想建设的培养度等七个指标均为魅力型指标。高等院校内涵式教育理念教师教学质量评价体系要求构建复合型创新人才培养评价体系,推动人才与科研双驱动教学发展方向,促进整合产学研用资源融合发展,发挥高等院校文化传承创新作用。With the beginning of the concept of educational connotative development, this paper builds up a teaching quality assessment system for colleges and universities from the perspective ofconnotative development conception,which combined the traditional teaching assessment indicators with the new connotative development indicators,covering fit degree, support degree, innovation degree and training degree these four aspects. The questionnaire was designed with KANO model to carry out the research. The results show that:(1)the teaching assessment indicators mentioned in this paper can basically meet the needs and expectations of college students, mainly includingessential,expected and charm-based indicators;(2)reasonable teaching requirements, appropriate interaction and communication,school-running orientation and curriculum objectives, and the cultivation of college students’ application ability are necessary requirements;(3)the expected type includes eight indicators-teaching objective, knowledge accuracy,introduction of scientific research experience, multimedia application, support of course content to teaching objectives, innovation of course content, innovation of assessment methods and cultivation of college students’ innovation ability;(4)the use of teaching methods, school orientation and professional construction fit, professional construction and curriculum objectives fit, the support degree of curriculum content for scientific research,curriculum innovation, the cultivation of college students’ scientific research level and the cultivation of college students’ ideological construction are all charm-based indicators.According to the survey results, the evaluation system of teaching quality for teachers of the concept of connotative education in colleges and universities requires the construction of an evaluation system for the cultivation of compound and innovative talents, promoting the development direction of teaching driven by both talents and scientific research, facilitating the integrated de
