无托槽隐形矫治技术减数矫治的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究无托槽隐形矫正技术的应用效果.方法 本研究所选择的研究对象是2019年在我院接受治疗的40名牙齿畸形患者,将患者分成情况接近的A、B两组,前者在治疗的过程中选择使用固定矫正技术,而后者在治疗中则选取无托槽隐形矫正技术,最后则对两组治疗所使用的时间方面的数据进行整理,分析两种治疗方法 在患者治疗中的效果.结果 从倾斜牙齿矫正时间角度上来说,A组患者倾斜牙齿矫正时间、转位牙齿矫正时间、治疗完成需要总时间的平均值分别为31.8周、29.2周、70.5周.而B组患者三者所需要的平均时间分别为16.1周、16.1周以及34.8周,故而从整体数据上来看,B组患者的治疗效果远超过A组患者.而这一数据也在较大程度上表明无托槽隐形矫正技术具有较为良好的治疗效果.结论 无托槽隐形矫正技术在实际应用中具有较好的应用效果,具有研究推广价值.0bjective To study the application effect of invisible corre tion without bracket.Methods 40 patients with dental malformations who were lreated in our hospital in 2019,According to the patient,Divide the patient into lwo close A.B groups,The former chooses to use fixed corection in the course of trealment,And the latter,in the treatment of the use of non-bracket inv isible correction technology,Finally,the data on the lime used in the lwo groups were collated,To analyze the effet of the Iwo treatmenls in the treatment of patients.Results From the angle of ineline orthodontice time,Among the A groups,the mean values of incline orthorlontie time,transposition ort hodontic time and treatment completion time were 31.8 weeks.29.2 weeks and 70.5 weeks.And the average time required for the b group was 16.1 weeks,16.1 weeks and 34.8 weeks.So from the overall data,The therapeutic effeet of B group was much higher than that of A group.To a large extent,this data also shows that no bracket invisible correction technology has a better therapeutic effect.Conc lus ion The inv isible correction technology without bracket has high research efeet in practical application,and has research and promotion value.
