高效液相色谱法测定银杏芪血通胶囊中阿魏酸和芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 测定银杏芪血通胶囊中阿魏酸和芍药苷的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0ml?min-1;检测波长230nm.结果 阿魏酸进样量在3.578-71.55ug范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为98.09%,RSD=1.25%(n=9);芍药苷进样量在0.053-1.055ug范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.79%,RSD=1.08%(n=9).结论 本方法 操作简便,专属性强,结果 准确,可为银杏芪血通胶囊的质量控制提供参考.Objective To establish a HPLC method to determination of ferulie and paconforin in Yinxingqixuetong Capsules.Method The chromatographic system consisted of CAPCELL PAK Cx column,using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphorie acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The content was detected al a waveleng of 230 nm,the flow rale was 1.0ml·min^(-1).Results A good linearity of ferulie was achieved in the range of 3.578-71.55ug(r=1.0000).the average reeovery was 98.09%and RSD=1.25%(n=9).Paeonforin was achieved in the range of 0.053-1.055 ug(r=0.9999),the average rerovery was 97.79%and RSD=1.08%(n=9).Conc lusi on The established method is aceuracy.sensitive and simple.I1 ean be lused for quality control of yinxingqixuetong capsules.
