摘 要:目的研究苍术油微胶囊的制备及其对空气消毒效果观察。方法通过平板沉降法,对制备的苍术油微胶囊杀灭空气中自然菌的效果进行观察。结果苍术油微胶囊的最佳制备工艺条件:阿拉伯胶与壳聚糖质量比为1∶1,搅拌转速为1000 r/min,苍术油含量为50%,pH值为5,苍术油微胶囊的包封率为90.31%。苍术油微胶囊干燥后微胶囊呈球形颗粒且分布均匀。3组消毒方法均作用60 min,对室内空气中自然菌平均消亡率依次为紫外线组78.10%、苍术油微胶囊A房间76.70%和B房间81.80%。结论苍术油微胶囊制备工艺有效,该胶囊加热熏蒸对室内空气自然菌具有一定杀灭效果。Objective To study the preparation method of Atractylodes oil microcapsules and their effect on air disinfection.Methods The effect of the prepared Atractylodes oil microcapsules on killing natural bacteria in the air was observed by the plate sedimentation method.Results The optimal preparation conditions of Atractylodes oil microcapsules were as follows:the mass ratio of Arabic gum to chitosan was 1:1,the stirring speed was 1000 r/min,the content of Atractylodes oil was 50%,the p H value was 5 and the encapsulation rate of Atractylodes oil microcapsules was 90.31%.After drying,the microcapsules of Atractylodes oil were spherical particles and evenly distributed.The three groups of disinfection methods all worked for 60 min,and the average extinction rate of natural bacteria in the indoor air was 78.10%in ultraviolet group,76.70%in room A and 81.80%in room B of Atractylodes oil microcapsules group.Conclusion The preparation process of Atractylodes oil microcapsules is effective,and the heating fumigation of the capsules has a certain disinfection effect on natural bacteria in indoor air.
