PDCD5、NRP1表达与NSCLC患者化疗效果及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨程序化死亡因子5(PDCD5)、神经纤毛蛋白1(NRP1)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗效果与预后的关系。方法选取102例NSCLC患者作为NSCLC组,同时选取正常肺组织50例作为对照组。采用免疫组化染色法检测PDCD5、NRP1表达,随访NSCLC患者化疗效果及预后。结果NSCLC组PDCD5阳性表达率为23.53%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而NRP1阳性表达率为62.75%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。NSCLC TNM分期Ⅳ期、中低分化患者PDCD5阳性表达率分别为15.09%和8.45%,明显低于Ⅲ期和高分化患者(P<0.05);腺癌、TNM分期Ⅳ期患者者NRP1阳性表达率分别为79.63%和84.91%,明显高于鳞癌、Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05)。化疗有效患者PDCD5阳性表达率为47.06%,明显高于无效患者(P<0.05);而NRP1阳性表达率为44.12%,明显低于无效患者(P<0.05)。PDCD5阳性表达患者中位总生存时间为22个月,明显长于PDCD5阴性表达患者(P<0.05);NRP1阳性表达患者中位总生存时间为12个月,明显短于NRP1阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC患者PDCD5表达降低,而NRP1表达升高,与病理类型、TNM分期及分化程度有一定关系,同时对化疗疗效和预后有一定影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between the prognosis and the effect of chemotherapy for programmed cell death factor 5(PDCD5),neurociliary protein 1(NRP1)and non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 102 patients with NSCLC(NSCLC group)and 50 normal lung tissues were selected as control group,the expression of PDCD5 and NRP1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining,the effect of chemotherapy and prognosis of NSCLC patients were followed up.Results The positive expression rate of PDCD5 in NSCLC group was 23.53%,significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NRP1 was 62.75%,significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of PDCD5 in patients with TNM stage IV and middle or low differentiation were 15.09%and 8.45%,which were significantly lower than those in patients with stage III and high differentiation(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of NRP1 in patients with adenocarcinoma and TNM stage IV were 79.63%and 84.91%,which were significantly lower than those in patients with Squamous cell carcinoma,stage III(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of PDCD5 in patients with effective chemotherapy was 47.06%,which was significantly higher than that in patients with ineffective chemotherapy(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of NRP1 was 44.12%,which was significantly lower than that in patients with ineffective chemotherapy(P<0.05);The median total survival time of patients with positive expression of PDCD5 was 22 months,which was significantly higher than that of patients with negative expression of PDCD5(P<0.05);The median total survival time of patients with positive expression of NRP1 was 12 months,which was significantly shorter than that of patients with negative expression of NRP1(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PDCD5 is decreased in NSCLC patients,while the expression of NRP1 is increased,which are related to pathological type,TNM stage and differentiation degree,and also affect the efficacy and pro
