摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)靶向治疗后患者血清巨噬细胞抑制因子1(MIC-1)水平与治疗效果的相关性。方法收集接受靶向治疗的77例NSCLC患者,根据治疗效果评估结果,分为控制组(n=51)与未控制组(n=26)。所有患者均接受血清MIC-1水平检测,分析NSCLC患者靶向治疗后血清MIC-1水平与治疗效果的相关性。结果未控制组血清MIC-1水平高于控制组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.546,P<0.001)。经Logistic回归分析检验提示血清MIC-1水平升高可能是NSCLC患者靶向治疗后病情未控制的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线,结果显示,血清MIC-1水平预测NSCLC患者靶向治疗效果的AUC为0.957,预测价值高。结论NSCLC患者血清MIC-1水平与靶向治疗效果具有一定的相关性,可作为评估NSCLC患者靶向治疗效果的重要指标之一。Objective Investigate the correlation between serum macrophage inhibitory factor 1(MIC-1)level and therapeutic effect in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after targeted therapy.Methods 77 NSCLC patients who received targeted therapy were retrospectively collected,Based on the results of the treatment,They were divided into the control group(n=51)and the uncontrolled group(n=26).All patients were tested for serum MIC-1 levels,To analyze the correlation between serum MIC-1 level and therapeutic effect after targeted therapy in NSCLC patients.Results Serum level of MIC-1 in uncontrolled group was higher than the control group,The differences were statistically significant(t=12.546,P<0.001);The equation was obtained by Logistic regression analysis Y=17.811 X,2.016,This suggests that elevated serum MIC-1 levels may be an uncontrolled factor in NSCLC patients after targeted therapy(OR>1,P<0.05);ROC curves showed that the AUC of serum MIC-1 level in predicting the effect of targeted therapy in NSCLC patients was 0.957,The forecast value was high.Conclusion Serum level of MIC-1 is related to the effect of targeted therapy in NSCLC patients,which can be used as one of the important indexes in evaluating the effect of targeted therapy in NSCLC patients.
