摘 要:目的探讨转录抑制因子ZEB2蛋白表达和靶蛋白E-caderin蛋白对鼻咽癌转移的临床应用价值。方法选取鼻咽癌转移组织标本90例,符合要求的鼻咽癌癌旁标本90例,采用免疫组化法检测两组标本中的ZEB2、E-caderin蛋白表达情况,对比在不同TNM分期、组织学分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结是否转移的鼻咽癌组织中ZEB2、E-caderin蛋白阳性表达率差异。结果鼻咽癌组织中的ZEB2、E-caderin蛋白阳性表达率(67.78%、71.11%)显著高于癌旁组织的22.22%、74.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ZEB2蛋白阳性表达率与TNM分期和浸润深度显著相关(P<0.05);与淋巴结转移、病灶直径、组织学分化程度无相关性(P>0.05);E-caderin蛋白阳性表达率与TNM分期和是否发生转移显著相关(P<0.05);与病灶直径、组织学分化程度、浸润深度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论ZEB2、E-caderin在鼻咽癌组织中表达上调,与鼻咽癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ZEB2 protein expression and E-caderin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis.Methods 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastatic tissue specimens and 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma paracancerous specimens were collected.The expression of ZEB2 and E-caderin in the 2 groups was detected by immunohistochemical method.The expression of ZEB2 and E-caderin was compared in different TNM stages,histological differentiation,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.The positive rates of ZEB2 and E-caderin protein in rhinitis and cancer tissues were different.Results The positive expression rates of ZEB2 and E-caderin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were 67.78%and 71.11%,which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(22.22%and 74.44%,P<0.05).The positive expression rates of ZEB2 protein were significantly related with TNM stages and depth of invasion(P<0.05);and had no significant relation with lymph node metastasis,diameter of lesions and the degree of histological differentiation(P>0.05);the positive expression rate of E-caderin protein was significantly correlated with TNM stage and metastasis(P<0.05);and was not related with the diameter of lesions,the degree of histological differentiation and the depth of invasion(P>0.05).Conclusion The up-regulation of ZEB2 and E-caderin expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is closely related to the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
