摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆串联飞行时间质谱法,对不同产地都匀毛尖茶的代谢物进行了定性、定量分析,在正离子和负离子模式下分别鉴定出237种和164种代谢物。通过主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘判别分析成功区分了都匀毛尖茶的3个主产地,并鉴定出6种显著差异代谢物,分别为咖啡碱、茶没食子素、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、柠檬酸盐、表儿茶素和奎尼酸。其中,咖啡碱、茶没食子素和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯在小围寨团山产地的茶树样品中含量较高,柠檬酸盐在毛尖镇螺丝壳产地的样品中含量显著,而儿茶素和奎尼酸在贵定云雾山产地的样品中含量较高。Ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS)was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the metabolites of Duyun Maojian tea from different geographical origin.A total of 237 and 164 metabolites were identified under the positive ion and negative ion mode,respectively.Three origins of Duyun Maojian tea were successfully distinguished by principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).Furthermore,6 significantly different metabolites were detected including caffeine,theogallin,epigallocatechin 3-o-gallate,citrate,epicatechin and quinic acid.The contents of caffeine,theogallin,epigallocatechin 3-o-gallate were higher in samples from Xiaoweizhai Tuanshan area,the content of citrate was significantly higher in samples from Maojian Zhen Luosike area,and the contents of catechin and quinic acid were higher in samples from Guiding Yunwu Mountain area.
