摘 要:为阐明云南省烤烟致香物质空间分布变化特征,对云南省2013—2018年间11个(州)市采集1002个中部叶样品为对象,进行统计学分析。结果表明,云南省烤烟致香物质含量在空间上分布差异较大。1400~1600 m海拔致香物质总量和质体色素降解产物含量分别为466.195和513.433μg·g-1,优于其他4个海拔区域。致香物质总量与质体色素降解产物含量由西向东、由北向南呈增加趋势,在滇东北、滇东和滇东南较高;类西柏烷类降解产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物在东西向呈先升后降趋势;棕色化反应产物南北向呈先升后降趋势,即中间高两边低。3类致香物质在滇中、滇南含量较高(类西柏烷类降解产物为36.764~41.672μg·g-1,苯丙氨酸类降解产物为19.676~22.104μg·g-1,棕色化反应产物为6.612~7.429μg·g-1),但在不同海拔区间无显著性差异。To elucidate the variation characteristics of aroma components spatial distribution of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan Province,1002 middle leaves collected from 11 cities in Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2018 were analyzed by statistics.The results showed that significant difference existed in the spatial distribution of aroma substances in flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan Province.The total content of aroma components and plastid pigment degrading products in leaves taken from the altitude of 1400-1600 m was respectively 466.195μg·g-1 and 513.433μg·g-1,which was much higher than that of other altitudes.The total aroma components and plastid pigment degrading products showed a tendency of increasing from west to east and from north to south.They were much higher in northeast,east and southeast of Yunnan Province.Cembranes degrading products and phenylalanine degrading products tend to rise first and then fall from west to east while the browning reaction product tends to rise first and then fall from north to south,indicating that the contents of the three aroma components were much higher in the middle but lower on both sides.They were higher in the midland and south.However,there was no significant difference between different altitudes(Cembranes degrading products 36.764-41.672μg·g-1,phenylalanine degrading products 19.676-22.104μg·g-1,Browning reaction product 6.612-7.429μg·g-1).
