摘 要:【目的】光合特性评价对植物种质资源的引种选育具有重要意义。为了掌握银川植物园引种的欧李种质资源生长适应性的差异情况,为优良栽培品种的选育提供参考依据。【方法】对引进到银川植物园的11个欧李种质资源的叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)和净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)等光合参数进行了测定和分析,并采用隶属函数法对不同欧李种质资源的光合能力进行了综合评价。【结果】11个欧李种质资源的SPAD、Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr和WUE均存在显著差异。欧李叶片SPAD值,农大7号最高,显著高于京欧2号、燕山1号、CK和哈波1号(P<0.05);欧李叶片的Pn,京欧2号最高,京欧2号和京欧1号均显著高于其他9个种质资源(P<0.05);11个种质资源的Ci为246.30~317.67μmol·mol-1,其中,农大9号的最高,且显著高于京欧1号、农大5号、农大3号、农大7号(P<0.05),而农大4号显著低于燕山1号、京欧2号、京欧1号和农大9号(P<0.05);欧李叶片的Tr,京欧2号最高,显著高于除京欧1号和燕山1号以外的8个种质资源(P<0.05);与以上4个光合参数相比,11个欧李种质资源的WUE差异较大,其中,农大7号最高,CK最低,农大7号、农大4号均显著高于京欧2号、京欧1号、燕山1号、农大9号和CK(P<0.05)。Pn、Gs、Tr、WUE和SPAD与欧李的生长适应性均呈正相关,而Ci与欧李的生长适应性呈负相关。平均隶属度函数值的排序结果说明,11个试验材料中,京欧2号的适应性最强,而CK的表现较差。【结论】银川地区引种的11个欧李种质资源的各光合特性参数和叶片SPAD值均存在一定差异,其中,京欧1号和京欧2号光合特性参数的平均隶属函数值分别排在第二和第一,均高于农大4号、农大5号等山西农业大学选育的栽培品种(系)各光合特性参数的平均隶属函数值,说明京欧1号和京欧2号的光合特性均优于农大系列种�【Objective】Evaluation of photosynthetic characteristics has great significance for selection of plant germplasm.The purpose of this article is to clarify the differences in growth adaptability of different germplasm resources of Cerasus humilis,and provide reference for selection and breeding of excellent cultivars of C.humilis.【Methods】The chlorophyll relative content and photosynthetic parameters including net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),water use efficiency(WUE)of eleven germplasm resources of C. humilis introduced in Yinchuan Botanical Garden were measured, and the correlation and membership function analysis were carried out. The correlation and photosynthetic capacity were ranked by membership function method.【Results】The SPAD, Pn, Gs, Ci, Tr and WUE of different germplasm resources had significant differences. The SPAD of Nongda 7 was the highest in eleven C. humilis germplasm resources, which was significantly higher than Jingou 2, Yanshan 1, CK and Habo 1 (P < 0.05). Pn of Jingou 2 was the highest. Jingou 2 and Jingou 1 were significantly higher than the other nine germplasm resources (P < 0.05). Ci of different C. humilis germplasm resources ranged from 246.30 to 317.67 μmol·mol-1. Nongda 9 was the highest, significantly higher than Jingou 1, Nongda 5, Nongda 3, Nongda 7 (P < 0.05). Tr of Jingou 2 was the highest, significantly higher than other eight varieties except Jingou 1 and Yanshan 1 (P < 0.05). The distinction of water use efficiency (WUE) was different from above four photosynthetic characteristics, Nongda 7 was the highest, CK was the lowest. Nongda 7 and Nongda 4 were significantly higher than Jingou 2, Jingou 1, Yanshan 1, Nongda 9 and CK (P < 0.05). Pn, Gs, Tr, WUE and SPAD were positively correlated with the growth adaptability of C. humilis, while Ci was negatively correlated with the growth adaptability of C. humilis.
