摘 要:【目的】研究树形管理措施(包括定干高度和留枝数)对青钱柳叶用林生长、叶生物量及叶片内主要生物活性物质积累的影响情况,为青钱柳叶用人工林管理模式的优化提供参考依据。【方法】设置高度分别60、80、100 cm的定干处理(编号分别为T1、T2、T3)进行试验,以不截干的为对照(处理编号为T4);同时设置留枝数分别为5、6、7个的修枝处理(编号分别为A1、A2、A3)进行试验,以不修枝的为对照(处理编号为A4)。测定各定干、修枝处理的青钱柳各生长指标、叶片生物量和叶片内主要生物活性物质的含量和产量。【结果】1)不同树形管理措施对青钱柳生长的影响各异:定干高度显著影响植株的生长(P<0.05),T3和T4处理的各项生长指标值均优于T1和T2处理的;留枝数对植株生长的影响不显著(P>0.05),A3处理的冠幅最大,说明A3处理更有利于植株生长。2)采用不同树形管理措施均能显著提高叶生物量(P<0.05):定干处理T3的单株叶生物量分别是T1和T2处理的2.23、1.94倍,而T3与T4处理间的差异不显著;修枝处理A1、A2、A3的单株叶生物量均显著大于A4处理的,A3处理最有利于叶生物量的积累。3)树形管理措施能显著影响叶片内主要生物活性物质的积累(P<0.05):随着定干高度的增加,叶片内主要生物活性物质的含量均呈下降趋势;T1处理的4种生物活性物质的总含量为88.10 mg·g^(-1),是T3处理(78.14 mg·g^(-1))的1.12倍。随着留枝数的增加,叶片内主要生物活性物质的含量均呈下降趋势。A1处理的4种生物活性物质总含量为100.96 mg·g^(-1),是A3处理(87.04 mg·g^(-1))的1.16倍。综合分析叶生物量和叶片内主要生物活性物质含量的双重变化趋势可知,随着定干高度和留枝数的增加,叶片内主要生物活性物质的产量均呈上升趋势,T3和A3处理的产量均达到了最高值。【结论】基于定干高度和留枝数对青钱柳生长和叶片内【Objective】The effects of tree structure management,including the stem height and remained branch number,on plant growth,leaf biomass and accumulation of main bioactive substances in leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus,were evaluated to provide a reference for the optimization of management strategy for leaf-use plantation of C.paliurus.【Method】The stem height of 60,80 and 100 cm(T1,T2 and T3)were treated,no truncating(T4)was the control;meanwhile,5,6 and 7 remained branches(A1,A2 and A3)were designed,and those without pruning(A4)were used as control.Growth indexes,leaf biomass,the content and yield of main bioactive substances in leaves of C.paliurus were measured.【Result】1)Various strategies of tree structure management affected the plant growth differently:the stem height significantly affected the growth of plants(P<0.05),growth parameters of T3 and T4 treatments were better than those of T1 and T2;there was no significant effect of the remained branches number on the growth of plants tree(P>0.05),and the canopy width of A3 reached the largest,which indicated that A3 treatment was more beneficial to the growth of plants.2)Different tree structure management significantly increased leaf biomass(P<0.05):the leaf biomass per plant of T3 treatment was 2.23 and 1.94 times of T1 and T2 treatment,respectively,but there was no significant difference between T3 and T4 treatment.The leaf biomass per plant of A1,A2 and A3 treatment was significantly higher than that of A4 treatment.Among them,A3 treatment was optimal for leaf biomass production.3)Tree structure management significantly affected the accumulation of main bioactive substances in leaves of C.paliurus(P<0.05):with the increase of the stem height,the content of main bioactive substances in leaves decreased;the total contents of four main bioactive substances in T1 treatment were 88.10 mg·g^(-1),which was 1.12 times of that in T3 treatment(78.14 mg·g^(-1));with the increase of the remained branch number,the content of main bioactive substances in leave
