摘　　要：由于学情特点,高职院校的学生工作事务繁多,学生干部队伍建设与管理工作是学生工作最为重要的环节,从高职院校学生的学情出发,总结了一些工作经验,要合理建立学生干部队伍框架,要紧抓学生工作的过程和细节,要注意时间节点的把控。Due to the characteristics of college students status,there are many complicated student work affairs existed in higher vocational colleges.The construction and management of student cadres are the most important part of students work.By analyzing the actual conditions of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper summarizes author’s years of working experiences,which includes establishing a reasonable framework for the team of student cadres,grasping the process and details of students work,and paying attention to the control of time node.
