摘  要:对现有种质资源进行分析,有利于甘蓝型油菜品质育种亲本选配及种质创新。本研究对312份甘蓝型油菜种质资源进行近红外光谱检测,通过相关性分析和聚类分析探究油菜籽粒中油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和蛋白质含量及它们间的相关性。结果表明:油酸含量与亚油酸及蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关,亚油酸含量与蛋白质含量呈极显著正相关;在阈值为2时,可将312份种质资源划分为6个类群,其中第Ⅱ类群适于选育高油酸亲本,第Ⅲ类群适于选育高亚麻酸亲本,第Ⅳ、Ⅵ类群适于选育高亚油酸、高蛋白亲本。Analysis of the existing germplasm resources is conducive to parent selection and germplasm innovation in quality breeding of Brassica napus.In this study,312 Brassica napus germplasm resources were tested by means of near infrared spectroscopy.Correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the content and their correlation of oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,and protein in rapeseed grains.The results showed that the content of oleic acid was significantly negatively correlated with the content of linoleic acid and proteinto a large scale,and the content of linoleic acid wasalso significantly positively correlated with protein content;when the clustering threshold value was set 2,312 germplasm resources could be divided into 6 groups,of which group Ⅱ was suitable for breeding parents with high oleic acid,group Ⅲ was suitable for breeding parents with high linolenic acid,group Ⅳ and Ⅵ were suitable for breeding parents with high linoleic acid and high protein as well.
