摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管镜冷冻治疗联合化疗对晚期中央型肺癌的疗效。方法:选取我院2017年1月~2018年6月收治的晚期中央型肺癌患者70例,根据治疗方式分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。对照组选择吉西他滨联合顺铂规范化疗方案,治疗组在常规化疗的基础上给予支气管镜冷冻治疗。比较两组患者的气道狭窄再通、临床有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果:经过规范治疗,治疗组气道狭窄再通、临床有效率明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),脱发的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:支气管镜冷冻治疗联合化疗对晚期中央型肺癌疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of bronchoscopic cryotherapy combined with chemotherapy on advanced central lung cancer.Methods:There were 70 patients with advanced central lung cancer that admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 enrolled,which were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given standard chemotherapy regimen of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin.The patients in the treatment group were given bronchoscopic cryotherapy in addition to routine chemotherapy.The indexes of airway stricture recanalization,clinical efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The airway stenosis recanalization and clinical effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of hair loss was significantly lower in the treatment group when compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopic cryotherapy combined with chemotherapy has a significant effect on advanced central lung cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
