摘　　要：目的:研究阿司匹林肠溶片+曲妥珠单抗治疗Her-2阳性乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年10月~2020年1月93例Her-2阳性乳腺癌患者,采用随机化分组法,分为对照组(n=46,曲妥珠单抗治疗)和观察组(n=47,阿司匹林肠溶片+曲妥珠单抗治疗),比较两组的临床疗效、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);CEA、CA153、CA125水平明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林肠溶片联合曲妥珠单抗治疗Her-2阳性乳腺癌患者的临床疗效显著、安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with trastuzumab in the treatment of Her-2 positive breast cancer.Methods:A total of 93 patients with Her-2 positive breast cancer from October 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(n=46,treated by trastuzumab)and the observation group(n=47,treated by aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with trastuzumab).Then,the clinical efficacy,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher,and the levels of CEA,CA153,and CA125 were obviously lower in the observation group,when compared with the control group(all P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with trastuzumab could be effective and safety in the treatment of Her-2 positive breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
