摘 要:应用Aspen plus软件对二氯二氢硅反歧化反应精馏工艺进行了模拟,对反应精馏工艺进行了操作参数优化,在最佳条件下以年度总费用为依据对固定床工艺和反应精馏工艺设备投资和能耗进行了分析,进一步在Aspen dynamics软件下模拟了进料流量±5%波动及组成变化的扰动下各运行参数的变化。结果表明,产品中三氯氢硅(TCS)质量分数可达99%,模拟结果与工艺数据良好吻合且误差不超过5%。确定的最佳优化参数中回流比为6,压力140 kPa,STC/DCS的进料物质的量之比为1.04,理论塔板数为39。相比固定床工艺,反应精馏工艺年度操作费用可降低近41×10^(4)元(3.5%)。动态响应分析表明带回流比控制器的结构可以有效地控制产品纯度和较快恢复运行平衡。Using Aspen plus software,the reactive distillation process of dichlorosilane anti-disproportionation was simulated,and the operating parameters of the process were optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the equipment investment and energy consumption of the fixed bed process and reactive distillation process were analyzed based on the total annual cost.The response of various operating parameters after feed flow(±5%)and composition changes were further simulated by Aspen dynamics software.The results show that the mass fraction of trichlorosilane(TCS)in the product can reach 99%,the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual data and the error is less than 5%.In the optimized parameters,the reflux ratio is 6,the pressure is 140 kPa,the feed material molar ratio(STC/DCS)is 1.04,and the theoretical plate number is 39.Compared with the fixed bed process,the annual operating cost of the reactive distillation process can be reduced by about 41×10^(4) yuan(3.5%).The dynamic response analysis shows that the process with reflux ratio controller can effectively control the product purity and quickly restore the operating balance.
