节俭式创新:韩国社会企业发展现状与创新模式分析

摘　　要：本文以韩国社会企业为研究对象,在详细调查韩国社会企业的扶持制度与相关政策基础上分析韩国社会企业的发展状况。为探索韩国社会企业的创新特质与商业模式,本文以节俭式创新为理论框架对其内涵、特质及过程进行了分析,发现社会企业在内外部资源双重约束的情况下,可通过节俭式创新形态在新技术、流程与模式方面降低产品成本的同时提升产品质量与性能。本文以颇具代表性的两个韩国社会企业愉快助听器公司和土新生为例,分析其内外部创新模式与特质,以期为我国社会企业的发展提供一些借鉴。This study focuses on social enterprises and investigates the social enterprises’support system and related policies of ROK,and analysis actual conditions of social enterprises in ROK.In order to explore the innovative characteristics and business model of ROK’s social enterprises,this article uses frugal innovation as the theoretical framework to analyze connotation,characteristics,and process.The result proved that frugal innovation can reduce product costs with new technologies,processes,and models while improving their quality and performance.We conducted a case study to analyze the internal and external innovation characteristics of social enterprises in ROK to propose a new path for the development direction of social enterprises in China and to provide some references for an innovation strategy in social enterprises.
