摘　　要：研究生创新能力的影响机制对研究生教育具有重要意义,当下教育改革创新进程不断加快,研究生教育始终贴合人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等高等教育基础职能。旨在研究对研究生创新能力的影响因素,通过“开放式学术环境、社会支持引导,导师团队及创新成果”四个潜变量建立影响研究生创新成果的SEM模型,模拟具体结构路径,得出江西省当前还需深化导师管理模式革新、加大社会支持力度和培育高校创新文化氛围的结论。The influence mechanism of graduate students'innovation ability is of great significance to graduate education.At present,the process of educational reform and innovation is speeding up,and graduate education always fits the basic functions of higher education,such as talent training,scientific research,social service and so on.Through the four latent variables of"open academic environment,social support and guidance,mentor team,and innovation results",an SEM model that affects graduate students’innovation results is established,and the specific structure path is simulated.It is concluded that Jiangxi Province still needs to deepen the reform of the mentor management model and increase the strength of social support and the cultivation of an innovative cultural atmosphere in universities.
