摘 要:目的建立经固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定生活饮用水中18种多氯联苯的方法。方法大体积水样经固相萃取、浓缩后,经SH-Rxi-5Sil MS色谱柱分离,进入质谱检测器进行定性及定量检测。结果在0.10、0.50、1.00、2.00、5.00 mg/L范围内18种多氯联苯线性良好,方法检出限在0.02~0.05μg/L,三个加标实验的三个浓度的范围加标回收率为78.7%~109.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~7.9%。结论本法利用固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱测定水样中18种多氯联苯,结果准确可靠,适用于生活饮用水中18种多氯联苯的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 18 polychlorinated biphenyls in drinking water by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods The large-volume water sample was solid-phase extracted and concentrated,and then separated by SH-Rxi-5Sil MS column and entered into the mass spectrometer for qualitative and quantitative detection.Results 18 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls were linear in the range of(0.10,0.50,1.00,2.00,5.00)mg/L.The detection limit of the method was 0.02~0.05μg/L,and the recovery rate was 78.7%~109.0%,relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.9%~7.9%.Conclusions This method uses solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine 18 polychlorinated biphenyls in water samples.The result are accurate and reliable,and are suitable for the determination of 18 polychlorinated biphenyls in drinking water.
