摘  要:针对ZigBee技术在电力智能感知生产控制系统中的应用问题,文中介绍了ZigBee协议栈结构以及物理层、介质访问层、网络层、应用层的功能,分析了星型、树型与网状结构组网方式的优劣性与适用场景。在此基础上,将ZigBee技术应用于光储充电站的智能控制,提出基于ZigBee自组网的光储充电站智能感知与系统控制的总体架构,设计了核心模块、电源模块、串口通信模块与ZigBee无线通信模块等硬件模块电路结构,以及光储充协同控制、状态监测与故障诊断等软件功能的实现流程。通过搭建ZigBee无线自组网络实验平台进行测试,结果表明,文中所提的系统设计方案采用ZigBee无线通信芯片协同功率放大芯片可以增强网络的信号强度,极限传输距离高达350 m,能够有效保障光储充电站实现智能感知与协同控制的通信需求。In view of the application of ZigBee technology in power intelligent sensing production control system,this paper introduces the structure of ZigBee protocol stack and the functions of physical layer,media access layer,network layer and application layer,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of star,tree and mesh structure networking mode and their applicable scenarios.On this basis,ZigBee technology is applied to the intelligent control of optical storage and charging station,and the overall architecture of intelligent sensing and system control system of optical storage and charging station based on ZigBee ad hoc network is proposed.The circuit structure of hardware modules such as core module,power supply module,serial communication module and ZigBee wireless communication module is designed,as well as the cooperative control of optical storage and charging,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis The realization process of the function of the.Through the construction of ZigBee wireless ad hoc network experimental platform for testing,the results show that the proposed system design scheme,using ZigBee wireless communication chip and power amplifier chip,can enhance the signal strength of the network,and the limit transmission distance is up to 350 m,which can effectively guarantee the communication needs of optical storage and charging station to realize intelligent sensing and collaborative control.
