摘 要:胃微生态和胃部疾病及胃黏膜免疫关系密切。胃内除定殖幽门螺杆菌外,还存在着厚壁菌门、变形菌门、拟杆菌门、梭杆菌门和放线菌门等其他细菌及真菌。胃微生态影响因素众多,如微生物、药物和质子泵抑制剂,导致胃微生态高度动态变化。功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡和胃癌等常见病患者胃内菌群多样性降低,相应致病菌丰度增高,出现胃微生态失衡。胃微生态失衡时,主要通过固有淋巴样细胞诱导胃黏膜免疫,引起胃黏膜损伤。Stomach microecology is closely related to gastric diseases and gastric mucosal immunity.In addition to Helicobacter pylori colonizing the gastric,there are other bacteria and fungi such as Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,Bacteroides,Fusobacteria and Actinomycetes.There are many factors influencing the gastric microecology,such as microorganisms,drugs and proton pump inhibitors,which lead to highly dynamic changes in the gastric microecology.In patients with common diseases such as functional dyspepsia,chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer,the diversity of gastric flora is reduced,and the abundance of pathogenic bacteria increases accordingly,and gastric microecological imbalance occurs.When the gastric microecology is out of balance,it mainly induces gastric mucosal immunity through intrinsic lymphoid cells,causing gastric mucosal damage.
