摘  要:肿瘤微环境是肿瘤细胞赖以生存、增殖的重要场所,其不仅介导肿瘤细胞对化疗药物产生耐药,而且能够促进肿瘤细胞发生远处转移。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs)作为肿瘤微环境中的重要组成成分,其可通过重塑细胞外基质、分泌可溶性因子等方式来促进多种肿瘤的恶性进展。近年来,CAFs与肿瘤细胞之间的相互作用及其促进肿瘤发生远处转移的相关机制的研究取得了重大的进展,靶向CAFs有望成为抑制肿瘤侵袭、迁移进程的有效治疗选择。全文就CAFs促进肿瘤发生远处转移的相关研究进展作一综述。Tumor microenvironment is crucial for tumor cells to survive and proliferate,which also mediates tumor cell resistance to chemotherapeutics and promotes tumor cell metastasis. Cancerassociated fibroblasts(CAFs),as an important component of the tumor microenvironment,can promote the malignant progression of various tumors by remodeling the extracellular matrix and secreting soluble factors. In recent years,progress has been made for understanding the interaction between CAFs and tumor cells,and the related mechanisms that promote tumor metastasis. Targeting CAFs is expected to become an effective treatment option to inhibit tumor invasion and migration. This article reviews the research progress of CAFs in promoting distant metastasis of tumors.
