摘  要:目的:评价两种医学图像处理软件(MIM软件和Velocity软件)在弹性模体中的形变配准精度。方法:采用印模膏捏制长方形、正方形及圆形3个不同形状的物体置于琼脂糖凝胶中,制备成含有3个不同形状印模膏物体可弯曲的弹性模体,通过CT对该模体在平直状态下和形变后的弯曲状态下分别进行定位扫描,将形变弯曲前后的两组CT影像数据均导入MIM软件和Velocity软件中,在形变前后的两组CT图像中,均对弹性模体所含的3个印模膏物体行靶区勾画后再进行形变配准,通过计算印模膏物体在MIM软件和Velocity软件中的相似性系数(Dice系数)和豪斯多夫距离(Hausdorff距离),评价MIM软件和Velocity软件对弹性模体形变配准的精度。结果:不同形状印模膏物体可弯曲弹性模体在平直状态下、形变后弯曲状态下扫描得到两组CT图像,经过MIM软件和Velocity软件形变配准处理后,3个不同形状印模膏物体的Dice系数和Hausdorff距离两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(t_(Dice系数)=-0.179,t=1.231,t=2.663;t_(Hausdorff距离)=1.295,t=0.126,t=-1.84;P>0.05)。结论:MIM软件和Velocity软件的形变配准精度无显著差异,两者都较好地具备了多模态影像形变配准的能力,均能满足临床放射治疗图像处理的需要,而MIM软件在实践操作中相对更简便、快捷。Objective:To evaluate the difference of registration accuracy of image deformation in elastic phantom between two kinds of medical image processing softwares(MIM software and Velocity software).Methods:Modelling compound was adopted to product 3 objects that were different shapes(rectangle,square and round)and put them in agarose gel so as to product flexional elastic motif that contained three modelling compound objects that were 3 different shapes.The located scan was implemented on motifs by computed tomography(CT)under straightness condition and flexuosity post deformation.Both two groups of CT image data pre and post deformation were imported to MIM software and Velocity software.In the two groups of CT images pre and post deformation,the three modelling compounds in elastic motifs were implemented deformation registration after they were drawn the outline of target region.The precisions of MIM software and Velocity software on deformation registration of elastic motifs were evaluated by calculating the similarity coefficient(Dice coefficient)and Hausdorff distance of modelling compound objects in MIM software and Velocity software.Results:The flexible elastic motifs of modelling compound objects with different shapes could obtain two groups of CT images under straightness condition and flexuosity post deformation.The differences of Dice efficient and Hausdorff distance of 3 modelling compound objects with different shapes,which were processed by deformation registration via MIM software and Velocity software,were not significant(tDice efficient=-0.179,t=1.231,t=2.663,tHausdorff distance=1.295,t=0.126,t=-1.84,P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the accuracy of deformation registration between MIM software and Velocity software.Both of them have the ability of deformation registration of multi-modality image and can meet the requirement of image processing of clinical radiotherapy.MIM software is relatively simpler and faster in practical operation.
