摘　　要：目的:针对核应急医学救援特点,设计基于无线系统的核应急医学救援方案。方法:分析核污染医学救援特点,设计利用无线通信系统配合无人机侦测,核应急医学救援体系由后方指挥中心、核应急医学救援队、远程无人检测终端、前出救治小组及个人生命体征检测组件构成。结果:该体系适应性强,部署灵活,安全可靠,融合了无线通信、无线定位、视频监控和移动监测4大功能,可基于移动救护站进行定位,能在保护医护人员自身安全的前提下,快速高效救治伤病员。结论:基于无线系统的核应急医学救援方案,可满足特殊条件下的核事故应急医学救援、武器核事故应急医学救援和地方核电站核设施核事故应急医学救援等任务需要,提高应对核辐射突发事件应急医学救援水平。Objective:To design a nuclear emergency medical rescue program based on wireless system according to the characteristics of nuclear emergency medical rescue.Methods:The characteristics of nuclear pollution medical rescue was analyzed;a medical rescue program for nuclear emergency was designed which mainly composed of the rear command center,nuclear emergency medical rescue team,remote unmanned detection terminal,forward rescue team and personal vital signs detection components by using the wireless communication system in cooperation with the detection of unmanned aerial vehicles.Results:The system was highly adaptable,flexible in deployment,safe and reliable,and integrated the four major functions of wireless communication,wireless positioning,video surveillance and mobile monitoring.It can be positioned based on mobile ambulance station,which can treat the wounded and the sick quickly and efficiently while protecting the safety of the medical staff.Conclusion:The nuclear emergency medical rescue program based on the wireless system can meet the needs of emergency medical rescue for nuclear accident,emergency medical rescue for nuclear accidents with weapons and emergency medical rescue for nuclear accidents at local nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities,improve the level of emergency medical rescue in response to nuclear radiation emergencies.
