摘　　要：遗传性共济失调是临床病死率和病残率较高的遗传性神经系统退行性疾病,本文总结了王桂玲教授治疗本病的经验,对病因病机、发病部位与督脉、跷脉生理功能、病理变化之间的关系进行了阐述,指出本病虽本于肾,却治在督脉、跷脉。以“通督调跷,补肾通阳”为治则,以贺普仁三通法为治疗手段,重视补肾固本,取得佳效。Hereditary ataxia is a hereditary neurodegenerative disease with higher mortality and disabled rate in clinic.This article summarizes the experience of Professor Wang Guiling for the treatment of the disease.This article analyzes the etiology,pathogenesis and its location,and their relationship with the physiological function and pathological changes of governor vessel and heel vessel,pointing out that the disease is treated in governor vessel and heel vessel although originates in the kidney.With the principle of“dredging and adjusting the governor vessel and heel vessel,tonifying kidney and yang”and santong method of He Puren as the treatment means,Professor Wang Guiling focuses on the treatment of tonifying kidney and fixing root,achieving a better effect as a result.
