摘　　要：目的:研究欧堡Daytona激光扫描检眼镜在白内障患者术前眼底检查的应用价值。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年4月白内障患者484例800眼(晶体混浊程度<C3N3P3),术前分别行欧堡Daytona激光扫描检眼镜检查、散瞳眼底照相检查、散瞳后裂隙灯下前置镜结合三面镜检查,比较三种检查方法的病变类型和检出率。结果:欧堡Daytona激光扫描检眼镜检查、散瞳下眼底照相检查、散瞳后裂隙灯下前置镜结合三面镜检查分别发现眼底病变189眼(23.6%)、127眼(15.8%)、173眼(21.6%)。需要对症治疗55眼(6.9%)。欧堡Daytona检查结果与三面镜检查结果相似,优于眼底照相检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欧堡Daytona激光扫描检眼镜检查是白内障术前眼底筛查的一项有效、便捷的检查手段。Objective:To study the application value of Oberger Daytona laser scanning ophthalmoscope in preoperative fundus examination of patients with cataract.Methods:From November 2018 to April 2019,484 cataract patients(800 eyes)(lens opacity<C3N3P3)were examined by Oberger Daytona laser scanning ophthalmoscope,mydriatic fundus photography,front lens under slit lamp combined with three-sided lens examination before operation.The lesion types and detection rates of the three methods were compared.Results:The fundus lesions were found in 189eyes(23.6%),127eyes(15.8%)and 173eyes(21.6%)respectively by Oberger Daytona laser scanning ophthalmoscope,fundus photography under mydriasis,front mirror under slit lamp after mydriasis and three-sided lens examination.55 eyes(6.9%)needed symptomatic treatment.The result of Oberger Daytona examination was similar to that of three-mirror examination,but better than that of fundus photography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oberger Daytona laser scanning ophthalmoscope is an effective and convenient method for fundus screening before cataract surgery.
