摘  要:研究目的:剖析农村居民点生产和生活用地此消彼长的权衡特征及其经济梯度分异,为编制村庄规划、实施农村居民点重构提供科学支撑。研究方法:构建农村居民点生产和生活用地权衡分析框架,从权衡类型、权衡强度视角测度山东省农村居民点生产和生活用地权衡特征。研究结果:(1)山东省农村居民点生产和生活用地高、中、低权衡强度区县分别占27.07%、36.09%和36.84%,农村居民点住宅—工业用地权衡、住宅—商服用地权衡、住宅—公服用地权衡、住宅—生态用地权衡、不明显权衡分别占69.17%、2.26%、5.26%、7.52%和15.79%,以住宅—工业用地权衡占主导;(2)农村居民点生产和生活用地中高权衡强度区县分别占山东省高、中、低经济发展速度区县的70.27%、60.87%和58.00%,经济发展速度越快,权衡强度越高;(3)随着经济发展水平提升,农村居民点将由生产和生活用地权衡逐渐向生活用地内部权衡转变。研究结论:村庄规划编制应充分考虑不同经济梯度下农村居民点生产和生活用地权衡特征,推进农村产业融合发展和人居环境质量协同提升。The purposes of this paper are to analyze the characteristics and economic gradients of trade-off between productive and residential land in rural settlements and to provide the scientific support for village planning and rural settlement reconstruction.The research methods are as follows.An analytical framework of trade-off between productive and residential land in rural settlements is developed,and the characteristics are measured from the perspectives of trade-off type and trade-off intensity.The results show that:1)as for the trade-off intensity of productive and residential land in rural settlements of Shandong province,the counties with high,medium and low trade-off intensity accounted for 27.07%,36.09% and 36.84%,respectively.Trade-off type of residential-industrial,residential-commercial,residential-public,residential-ecological and unobvious accounted for 69.17%,2.26%,5.26%,7.52% and 15.79%,respectively.The residential-industrial trade-off is the main type of the trade-off in rural settlements.2)Counties with high and medium trade-off intensity accounted for 70.27%,60.87% and 58.00%,respectively of those with high,medium and low economic development speed.The faster the economic development speed is,the higher the trade-off intensity is.3)The rural settlements gradually changed from trade-off between productive and residential land to trade-off within residential land with the development of rural economy.In conclusion,the village planning should fully consider trade-off between productive and residential land in rural settlements of different economic gradients,and realize the integrated development of rural industry and coordinated improvement on the quality of living environment.
