全面从严治党视域下的高校领导干部监督机制探析

摘　　要：在反腐败斗争取得压倒性胜利背景下,高校领导干部违纪违法案件仍时有发生,这与高校领导干部监督机制不够科学、不够健全有密切关系。高校领导干部监督中存在的弱化、梗阻、空白、条块化等问题,反映出监督过程中站位、统筹、衔接等方面仍需提升加强。对此,我们要从全面从严治党战略布局的政治高度,通过双向发力、内外协同、上下联动等途径,进一步优化和完善监督机制,抓好“关键少数”,一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的体制机制”建设。Under the background of overwhelming victories in the anti-corruption struggle,violations of discipline by university leaders still occur from time to time,which is associated with the lack of scientific and sound supervision mechanisms for university leaders.There are some problems in the supervision of leading cadres in colleges and universities,which reflect the need to improve and strengthen the political position,overall planning,and joint supervision in the supervision.And it is necessary to further optimize and improve the supervision mechanism by two-way actions,internal and external coordination,and the consolidated supervision between different administrative departments in charge.Also the"key minority"of university leaders ought to be focused on in the supervision,making them free from corruption in the integrated anti-corruption movement.
