摘　　要：随着网络经济的盛行,物流行业的发展势不可挡,产生了大量的物流人才缺口。1+X制度的颁布和推行,对职业院校物流专业发展提出了新的要求。在这种背景下,高职物流专业技能教学标准的开发既是国家层面对职业教育改革的必要过程,也是弥补物流技能人才缺口的必要措施。通过“一政策、二标准、三建议”的方式进行高职院校物流专业技能教学标准的开发是一种可行的途径。With the prevalence of network economy,the development of logistics industry is irresistible,resulting in a large number of logistics talent gap.With the promulgation and implementation of 1+X system,new requirements for the development of logistics major in vocational colleges have been put forward.In this context,the development of vocational logistics teaching standards is not only a necessary process of vocational education reform at the national level,but also a necessary measure to make up for the shortage of skilled logistics talents.It is a feasible way to develop the teaching standard of logistics major in higher vocational colleges by means of“one policy,two standards and three suggestions”.
