摘 要:开展"课程思政"教育教学改革是新时期高校落实立德树人这一根本任务的必然举措。航空类专业人才担负着航空强国的历史重任,其核心价值观的塑造尤为重要。本文立足航空类专业人才培养特点,主要探讨了"课程思政"核心德育元素的挖掘,通过建设育人机制、提升师资德育意识能力、创新教学手段和优化教学设计等具体措施,以期实现高校对航空类专业人才知识传授、技能培养和价值引领的多维育人目标的有机统一。Carrying out the education and teaching reform of Curriculum Ideology and Politics is an inevitable measure for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the new era. Aviation professionals bear the historical responsibility of building a country strong in aviation and the shaping of their core values is particularly important. Based on the characteristics of aviation talents training, this paper mainly discusses the exploration of core moral elements of Curriculum Ideological and Politics and proposes specific measures such as building education mechanism, enhancing teachers’ moral education consciousness and ability, innovating teaching methods and optimizing teaching design in order to realize the unity of the multidimensional education goals of knowledge transfer, skill training and value guidance for aviation professionals in universities.
