摘　　要：目的通过检测血清中人甘露糖醉结合凝集素相关丝氨酸蛋白酶(MASP)-2在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中的浓度水平,分析其作为NSCLC辅助诊断指标的临床价值。方法应用酶联免疫法和流式荧光法检测61名健康人、46例肺部良性疾病患者和139例NSCLC患者血清中MASP-2和细胞角蛋白19片段(Cyfra21-1)的浓度水平,分析联合检测血清MASP-2和Cyfra21-1在NSCLC辅助诊断中的临床意义。结果NSCLC患者血清中MASP-2的浓度水平明显商于肺部良性疾病患者和健康人,差异有显著统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.942,P<0.01);联合检测MASP-2和Cyfra21-1在NSCLC中的灵敏度为64.0%,显著高于单一肿瘤标志物的阳性率(χ^(2)=7.714,P<0.01);血清MASP-2在I期和II期NSCLC中检测的灵敏度为38.5%,显著高于Cyfa21-1(χ^(2)=6.212,P<0.05)。结论血清MASP-2在NSCLC的辅助诊断中具有较好的临床应用价值,联合MASP-2和Cyfra21-1可以提高NSCLC检测的灵敏度。Objctive To evaluate the clinical value of serum mannan-bingding lectin associated serine protease(MASP)-2 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods The serum levels of MASP-2 and Cyfra21-1 in 139 NSCLC patients,46 patients with respiratory infection of the lung and 61 healthy controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent and flow fuorescence method.Results The levels of MASP-2 in NSCLC were higher than those in healthy controls and patients with respiratory infection of the lung(χ^(2)=2.942,P<0.01).The positive rate of MASP-2 combined with Cyfra21-1 in NSCLC was 64.0%,which was higher than that of single tumor marker(χ^(2)=7.714,P<0.01).The positive rate of MASP-2 was 38.5%in early NSCLC stages 1 and I,which was higher than that of Cyfra21-1(χ^(2)=6.212,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum MASP-2 in NSCLC patients are of clinical significance in aid diagnosing NSCLC.
