摘  要:目的探究没食子酸(GA)对辐射损伤小鼠肝脏抗氧化酶含量的影响和降低脂质过氧化程度的作用。方法小鼠在接受X射线辐照前经由胃肠道途径给予GA(50、100和200mg/kg),连续14d,每天1次。第15天均进行一次性X射线全身均匀辐照(阴性对照组除外),辐照剂量分别为1.0、3.0和4.0Gy。辐照后24h处死小鼠,取小鼠肝脏检测肝组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性值和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果200mg/kg GA组小鼠肝脏中CAT、SOD、GSH-Px活性值均显著增加,MDA含量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论预防性给予GA能增加辐射损伤小鼠肝组织中抗氧化酶的活性值,减少肝细胞的氧化损伤,对小鼠肝脏具有辐射防护作用。Objective To explore the effect of gallic acid(GA)on the content of antioxidant enzymes and the degree of lipid peroxidation in the liver of radiation-damaged mice.Methods Gallic acid(50,100and 200mg/kg)was given via the gastrointestinal tract before X-ray radiation,once a day for 14consecutive days.On the 15th day,all groups(except the negative control group)were given One-time whole body X-ray radiation,the radiation doses were 1.0,2.0,3.0 and 4.0Gy respectively.The mice were sacrificed after 24hours radiation,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in liver tissues were detected.And the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was simultaneously detected.Results The activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in the liver of mice in the 200mg/kg gallic acid group were significantly increased,and the MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive administration of gallic acid can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the liver of radiation-damaged mice,reduce the oxidative damage to liver cells,and have a protective effect on radiation-damaged mice.
