摘 要:构建由大型文化传媒公司、创意产品生产商和创意团队构成的创意产业链的双层次外包契约模型,旨在促进三方合作,实现最优的利益分配和风险分担,推动创意在全产业链的价值扩散和产业化发展。分析相关参数对创意团队和创意产品生产商的最优投入和最优激励水平的影响,探讨控制失效问题。研究表明:存在产业链最优利益分配点;创意团队和创意产品生产商的业务投入和激励强度呈线性关系,且均与二者的业务能力呈正相关,与二者的经营成本、面临风险、风险偏好程度和控制失效程度呈负相关。以典型创意产业——动漫产业为例,针对201 5-201 9年我国行业数据进行实证分析,探讨理论模型对实践的指导意义。This paper constructs a hierarchical agent contract model of creative industry chain composed of large cultural media company,creative product manufacturer and creative team,with the purpose to promote the cooperation between the three parties,achieve the optimal benefit distribution and risk sharing,and promote the value diffusion and industrial development of creativity in the whole industrial chain.We analyze the influence of relevant parameters on the optimal investment and the optimal incentive level of creative team and creative product manufacturer,discuss the problem of control failure.Results show that:there exists industry chain optimal distribution of benefits;there is a linear relationship between the business input and incentive intensity of the creative team and the creative product manufacturers, and both of them arc positively correlated with their business ability, but negatively correlated with the operating cost, risk,risk preference and control failure.Taking the typical creative industry animation industry for example,we make an empirical analysis on the data of China’s animation industry from 2015 to 2019,and discuss the guiding significance of the theoretical model to practice.
