摘　　要：利用Abaqus软件对大型水轮机分瓣式上冠主体部分的性能热处理过程进行变形模拟分析,找出变形规律后提出了改善方案。工艺验证表明数值模拟解决了预防大型分瓣式上冠热处理过程中的变形问题,确保了产品的顺利交付。By using Abaqus software,the deformation simulation analysis of the performance heat treatment process of the main part of the split upper crown of the large hydraulic turbine has been carried out,and the improvement scheme has been proposed after the deformation law has been found.The process verification shows that the numerical simulation has solved the problem of preventing the deformation of the large split upper crown during the heat treatment process,which has ensured the smooth delivery of the product.
