摘　　要：高职院校中青年骨干教师有着充足的精力和敏捷的思维,能起到示范带头的作用,是当今推动高职院校教育教学改革与发展的重要力量。做好中青年骨干教师党员发展工作,是高职院校党建工作的重点。该文首先阐述了新时期加强高职院校中青年骨干教师党员发展工作的必要性和意义,然后在分析存在的主要问题的基础上,提出新时期开展高职院校中青年骨干教师党员发展工作的有效途径,以促进高职党员队伍建设进一步适应新时期发展与改革的需要。Young and middle-aged key teachers in higher vocational colleges have plenty of energy and quick thinking,who are an important force to promote the reform and development of higher vocational colleges.The Party membership development of young and middle-aged key teachers is an important task in higher vocational colleges.This paper firstly expounds the necessity and the significance of the Party membership development of young and middle-aged key teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Based on the analysis of the main problems,it puts forward the effective ways for the Party membership development of young and middle-aged key teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
